Refund policy

The Gold Pack hair collection comes with a 20 day exchange warranty, if and only if the bundles have not been cut, dyed, and show signs of extreme shedding or matting

ALL shipping costs are covered by the customer and must including tracking insurance via USPS

Due to the nature of the products being sold, besides hair covered under the Gold Pack Warranty, all sales are final.

 

In the case of a refund, you will be refunded the amount paid for the product ONLY.

- Payments made towards shipping and handling are nonrefundable

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
In order to cancel or change any order, please email contactbelleameco@gmail.com within 2 hours of your purchase; in the subject bar include your order # and “cancel order” or “change order”.
Once order has been marked as "fulfilled", you may no longer cancel or change your order.
